1. What is Universal Cart?
Universal Cart is an online marketplace where you can shop for electronics, appliances, fashion, home goods, and more — all delivered to your doorstep.
2. Do I need an account to shop?
You can browse without an account, but to make a purchase, track your orders, and save your details for future shopping, you’ll need to create an account.
3. How do I place an order?
- Browse products and add items to your cart.
- Go to checkout, log in or create an account.
- Select your delivery address and payment method.
- Confirm your order.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
- Mobile money (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel)
- Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank transfers
- Innbucks, EcoCash
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. You’ll receive updates via your product tracker or email.
6. How do I track my order in USD or ZMW?
On the tracking page, you'll see two options: ZMW (Zambian Kwacha) and USD (US Dollars).
If your order was placed and paid for in USD, click the USD toggle to view your tracking details in dollars. Similarly, if your order is in ZMW, use the ZMW toggle.
This ensures you see the correct currency for your transaction and delivery updates.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Use the Order Tracking page on UniversalCart.online. Enter your order code (sent to your email/SMS after purchase) to see real-time delivery updates.
8. Do you offer returns and refunds?
Regarding damage to products, we thoroughly inspect all our products for functionality and quality before shipping them to you. Claims of damages — we will not be responsible.
9. Are the products new or used?
We only sell brand-new products from trusted suppliers.
10. Do you ship outside Zambia?
Currently, we ship only within Zambia and Zimbabwe. However we plan to expand to other neighboring countries soon.
